What are your operating hours? expand_more
Our service timings are as follows:
- Pool: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Cafe: 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM
- Grooming: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Boarding (Pick-up & Drop): 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Please note that pick-up and drop for boarding is strictly allowed only within the mentioned hours.

Can I bring any dog breed? expand_more
Yes! We welcome all socialized breeds. However, for everyone's safety, we require all visiting dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations (DHPP + Rabies) and non-aggressive towards humans and other dogs.
Do I need a reservation to visit the cafe? expand_more
While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking a table during weekends and holidays as we fill up quickly. Specialized services like the pool or grooming ALWAYS require a prior booking.
Is there an entry fee? expand_more
We have a minimum billing requirement (Cover Charge) of ₹299 per person. You can redeem this entire amount against food and drinks for yourself OR your pet from our cafe menu! Please note that other services like grooming or swimming are charged separately and are not included in this minimum bill.

What are the requirements for the Splash Pool? expand_more
Your dog must be clean and free of fleas or ticks before entering the pool. Toys are available for play, and a staff member is present to assist your pet throughout the session. Each supervised session lasts upto 60 minutes, and a blow-dry after the swim is included in the pool charges.
How does Pet Boarding work? expand_more
Our boarding is climate-controlled and supervised 24/7. We provide freshly home-cooked meals for pets and do not offer kibble from our end. If your pet requires kibble, parents are requested to provide it.

What's on the Pup-Menu? expand_more
We offer vet-approved treats like oat bowls, chicken & rice, pup-cakes, and seasonal fruit pops. All our pet food is salt-free, sugar-free, and onion/garlic-free.

How do you maintain hygiene? expand_more
We use pet-safe, hospital-grade disinfectants throughout the day. The playground is cleaned multiple times daily, and the pool features a continuous filtration system with UV sterilization.
Are children allowed? expand_more
Yes, we are family-friendly! However, children must be supervised at all times. For safety, children under 12 are not allowed inside the off-leash play area without an adult.
